I walked in ordering my usual upside down, iced caramel macchiato, but the barista was confused. Starbucks get your ish together! She did not know what upside down meant, ha ha ha.

Coffee is good, staff is nice.
I usually get iced coffee with an espresso shot and little soy milk and they never add too much milk which I love. I like when coffee is stronger and they always do it right.
Only down side to this location is that it's in the food court so the lines are always extremely long. I recommend using the online ordering ahead of time to avoid the wait. -

All Starbucks I've been to are on par with the flavor of their drinks and their food. So mostly I rate the cleanliness and the staff. It was the middle of the day so I can deal with a little mess at the creamer/straw/ napkin station. The one who took my order was lovely but could've been more on top of things. I asked about decaf teas & she had to ask someone else. Let me reiterate that she was nice though. But WHY take my name if the barista wasn't going to call out my name. I stood there waiting with everyone else while my drink just sat there. Not til the crowd left with all their drinks did I realize that the one left on the counter was mine. My whipped cream was darn near fizzled out. Poor, poor, poor job, Barista!

Two employees working. Only one actually serving customers. While the one actually helping customers is making drinks, the second one is cleaning out the food case (a half hour BEFORE closing). After standing there for 5 minutes I asked her if she could help me. She told me she wasn't on register, only the other guy was. I questioned that he was both taking orders and making the drinks and she said yes, I have to clean up because it takes us three hours to leave. So she would rather let the line build up instead of actually providing customer service. All I needed was an iced tea poured. Nothing elaborate at all. I walked out of line. When I walked past about 10-15 minutes later, this same employee was now chatting up a friend that was standing along the side near the employee entrance.

Just don't go to this location. I boycotted for years because the service was so bad. Today, I decided to give them a try...and made them give me my money back as I wasted 30 minutes waiting for a drink that never came. Maybe the barista made the wound one since every drink or name he called had no answer and he built a collection of unwanted beverages in his work station. Awful, horrible, NEVER again. Also, management shouldn't be annoyed with me asking for my money back when CLEARLY it's your team. Bye.
